With a mission to expand access to health care, the BCBSMA Foundation has determined that grantmaking in the program areas described below will make a significant impact on the health of Massachusetts's low income and uninsured residents. Please review these carefully. Each area of interest has its own specific eligibility criteria in addition to the Foundation's overall eligibility requirements.
Grant awards in particular focus areas are made during specific grant cycles. The Foundation only accepts Letters of Inquiry and proposals in the appropriate program focus area during the designated grant cycle. The Deadlines for each program focus area are described in the Applications and Deadlines section.
The "Program Goal" and "Key Program Elements" sections of each program area will provide specific information that should be considered when completing the grant proposal.
